The space is currently fully equipped, including lighting, HVAC system, heating, and other features.

If the future tenant is interested in keeping the existing equipment, terms including a price for preservation can be negotiated.

If modifications are preferred, the space can also be handed over as a shell unit.

We can adjust the interior layout according to the tenant’s needs, provided the overall floor area remains approximately the same. Requests for significant reductions in size (e.g., to 50 m²) cannot be accommodated.
