This globally recognized method of assessing buildings in terms of sustainability, energy consumption, air quality, environmental pollution, water management, materials used and their sources, indoor environmental quality, innovative approach, regional priorities, etc., is slowly establishing itself on the Slovak market.

BASTION OFFICE CENTER has joined the ranks of green buildings and fulfilled its ambition to become the second building with LEED GOLD certification in Košice. Within Slovakia, it still belongs to the limited group of buildings that have received this internationally recognized certificate.

We are pleased that another administrative building has grown in Košice, considerate to the people who will work in it, and moreover, friendly to the environment.
